Ordering & Payments
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, choose your item(s), select size and quantity, and click “Add to Cart.” When ready, proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna (where available).
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at mail@utzonequestrian.com with your order number.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship worldwide! Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Q: How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders (Denmark): 1–3 business days
EU orders: 3–7 business days
International orders: 5–10 business days
Shipping times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused items in original condition. Items must be returned with tags and in original packaging. See our Returns Page for details.
Q: How do I make a return?
A: To initiate a return, please email us at support@utzonequestrian.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you’re between sizes or unsure, feel free to contact us for personal assistance.
Q: Are your products true to size?
A: Generally, yes—our garments are designed to fit true to size. For fitted items like breeches or show jackets, check individual product descriptions for fit advice.
