Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

    • EU: 2–4 business days

    • International: 5–7 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For orders shipped outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Delays & Issues

  • Utzon Equestrian is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
