Nasenumfang:
Messen Sie um die Nase herum, wo der Nasenriemen sitzen wird (ca. 2–3 cm unterhalb des Jochbeins).

Stirnbandlänge:
Messen Sie von Ende zu Ende über die Stirn, ohne die Schlaufen.
