Shipping Policy

At Utzon Equestrian, we strive to deliver your order quickly and reliably.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are 5 euros inside Europe and 10-25 euros outside Europe. Shipping is free on orders over 200 euros

  • EU: 2–4 business days

  • International: 5–7 business days

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

• For orders shipped outside the EU, Utzon Equestrian covers customs and duties
  

Delays & Issues

• Utzon Equestrian will reship your order in case the parcel is lost. 

• If your order is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us and we will assist you.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are happy to assist in case an order is shipped to a wrong address
